Three and precision shaft on the shaft core

The standard shaft core is a mechanical part that connects rotating parts. In the current mechanical field, parts are connected to each other to ensure the normal operation of large equipment. The structure of the fixed shaft core is different, the force is different, the gear fit is also different, and the installation method is also different.

Causes of motor shaft broken shaft fault treatment and surface wear

In theory, the fracture of the motor journal can be repaired. In the maintenance process, welding and post-weld heat treatment are important links. Before welding, the original shaft and the machined shaft head must be carefully cleaned, and all oil and other impurities that generate hydrogen must be strictly removed.

Precision bearing industry will usher in a new round of development opportunities

At present, the market environment of precision bearings in China is changing, and the policy environment for industrial development is also changing. In the past, the government was accustomed to using stimulus measures to drive development. Nowadays, it is relying on comprehensively deepening reforms to seek new impetus for economic development. In the past, the transformation and upgrading of enterprises was more accustomed to using administrative means to promote, but now it is more forced by market forces.

What are the reasons for the large axial vibration of the motor?

Small motor shaft generally has the characteristics of high speed, frequent start, easy to heat up when working, the reasonable selection of materials and heat treatment is an important task in front of each designer. The best use of materials and appropriate heat treatment methods can often receive the effect of high quality and low price and twice the result with half the effort.

The role of the positioning pin

The function of the positioning pin is to limit the free movement of the object. This degree of freedom is that the object must have six degrees of freedom in space, the linear movement of the three axes of X, Y, and Z and the rotation around X, Y, and Z. The movement does not have a fixed effect and can be removed after installation.

Classification and torsional stiffness of shafts

The structural design of the shaft is an important step in determining the reasonable shape and all structural dimensions of the shaft. It is related to the type, size and position of the parts installed on the shaft, the fixing method of the parts, the nature, direction, size and distribution of the load, the type and size of the bearing, the blank, manufacturing and assembly process, installation and transportation of the shaft, the deformation of the shaft and other factors, the designer can design according to the specific requirements of the shaft.

Application field of micro shaft

Micro shaft is relatively small, high precision, some are also called precision shaft, small shaft, shaft core, rotor shaft, pins, rivets, guide rods, etc. The main materials are carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, etc. The surface treatment mainly includes galvanized, nickel, blackening, carburizing, etc. Some industries also require salt spray test, which should not rust for several days and nights. The main processing procedures are punching, grinding, surface treatment, turning, sorting, packaging, etc. The main processing equipment includes grinding machines, lathes, instrument cars, heat treatment, throwing cylinders, etc.

Common types of motor shafts (below)

According to the combination of shaft and iron core. It can be divided into a knurled shaft in the middle, a hot sleeve shaft and a shaft with a keyway in the middle. The knurled shaft is used for small motors below the 10 kW, which can save the work of machining the key and the keyway. However, when the shaft is pressed into the iron core, it is easy to deform the shaft. During the operation of the motor, some rotor iron cores combined with knurled iron will move axially. This shaft deformation is caused by too tightly, the axial displacement is caused by the lack of interference between the two.
