Discussion on the Application Field of Micro Shaft

Micro shaft products are used in many industries. Such as the shaft in the motor, the shaft in the printer, the shaft in the copier, the shaft in the scanner, the guide shaft in the CD / DVD drive, the shaft in the auto parts, etc. A miniature shaft passes through a cylindrical object in the middle of a bearing, wheel or gear. There are also a small number of squares.

Features and advantages of double-axis core guide rail

The double-axis high-speed guide rail is composed of a high-speed motion slider composed of an aluminum alloy body and a steel guide shaft core embedded in it, and a box-type sliding unit composed of a shaft core and a roller. It has the advantages of low cost, fast speed and low noise, and is widely used in the machinery industry.

On the use of the field and characteristics of the shaft core

The shaft core is also called precision shaft core or micro shaft core. The main materials we use are carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, etc. The surface can be galvanized, nickel plated, carburized, etc. according to customer needs. The shaft core is usually a non-standard part. We can customize the processing according to customer sample or drawing requirements.

Analysis of Axle Core Maintenance Method and Importance

The shaft core is one of the typical parts often encountered in the machine. It is mainly used to support transmission parts, transmit torque and bear load. The shaft section is the part of a body of revolution, the length of which is greater than the diameter, usually consisting of the outer cylindrical surface of the concentric shaft, the conical surface, the inner hole and the thread, and the corresponding end face. According to different structural shapes, shaft parts can be divided into optical axis, stepped shaft, hollow shaft and crankshaft.

What is a micro shaft

The structural design of the micro shaft is an important step to determine the reasonable shape and overall size of the shaft and to design the shaft. It consists of the type, size and position of the parts installed on the shaft, the way the parts are fixed, the nature, direction, size and distribution of the load, the type and size of the bearing, the roughness of the shaft, the manufacturing and assembly process, the installation and transportation, and the alignment of the shaft. Deformation and other factors. Designers can design according to the specific requirements of the micro shaft, and when necessary, several schemes can be compared to select the best design scheme.

Causes and treatment of motor shaft fracture

(1) The main reason for the fracture of the motor shaft ① The motor shaft vibrates violently. Even if it runs under overload, the dynamic load will increase, which will cause the shaft fatigue and fracture. ②The step difference formed due to the different shaft diameters causes the cross section of the shaft to change suddenly, or there is a keyway on the shaft, which causes the stress to concentrate on the shaft and break.

Heat treatment method for motor shaft parts

(1) Quenching and tempering heat treatment: 45 steel is a medium carbon structural steel with good cold and hot processing properties, good mechanical properties, low price and a wide range of sources. Its biggest disadvantage is that it has low hardenability and is not suitable for motor shaft workpieces with high cross-sectional dimensions and requirements.
