Do you know about the rotating shaft? What is the role of notebook computers?

The structural design of the shaft is an important step in determining the reasonable shape of the shaft and all structural dimensions. It is related to the type, size and position of the parts installed on the shaft, the fixing method of the parts, the nature, direction, size and distribution of the load, the type and size of the bearing, the blank, the manufacturing and assembly process, the installation and transportation of the shaft, and the shaft Deformation and other factors are related.

Characteristics of screw rod

Screw characteristics: 1 low friction loss and high transmission efficiency. Since there is a large amount of ball rolling between the screw shaft and the screw nut of the ball screw pair, a higher motion efficiency can be obtained. Compared with the sliding spiral pair in the past, the driving torque is less than 1/3, that is, the power required to achieve the same motion result is 1/3 of the sliding spiral pair. This is very helpful to save electricity.

Inspection and maintenance of screw rod

There are many kinds of faults caused by ball screw, and there is no fixed law. Some failures are progressive failures and require a development process. As the use time increases, they become more and more serious; sometimes they are sudden failures, generally without obvious signs, but they occur suddenly. This kind of failure is multifaceted and is caused by The interaction of unfavorable factors and the outside world. Therefore, determining the cause of the failure through correct detection is the premise of rapid and accurate maintenance.

Processing and assembly of rotating shaft

Processing and assembly of the rotating shaft: The rotating shaft, as the name suggests, is the shaft that must be used to connect the main parts of the product to withstand the bending and torque during rotating work.

Causes, failure mechanism and diagnosis of shaft cracks

The significance of 1. shaft crack diagnosis 1. Rotating machinery is widely used in various departments of industrial production. It is of special significance to find cracks before catastrophic shaft breakage, monitor crack propagation and realize reasonable maintenance for ensuring safe production and developing national economy.

The role of the motor shaft

The motor shaft is based on the larger output torque of the motor. If it is a small motor, it is not necessary to manufacture key type and keyway type motors. The motor shaft is typically made of carbon steel. Only suitable for selecting motor shaft processing plants to find quality assurance, 35# and 45# can be. General use 45# steel. Both of these materials belong to medium carbon steel, and their strength, stiffness and toughness can meet the working requirements of the motor shaft. The motor shaft has high speed and low torque, and is made of 45# steel without other heat treatment

Introduction to the protection of the lead screw

Introduction to the protection of the screw: The ball screw is an ideal product that converts rotary motion into linear motion, or converts linear motion into rotary motion. Ball screw is a commonly used transmission element in tool machinery and precision machinery. Its main function is to convert rotary motion into linear motion, or to convert torque into axial repetitive force, with high precision and reversibility. Because the friction resistance of the ball screw is small, it is widely used in various industrial equipment and precision instruments.

Guide rod: Basic knowledge of anode guide rod

The anode guide rod is a new model that can easily replace the steel column. At the same time, when the weld between the steel column and the steel claw seat is cracked, it can be repaired or re-welded. The material of the explosive solder bump is saved, and at the same time, the heating degree of the explosive solder bump during the soldering process is relatively small. Due to the long use time, transportation and open storage, all anode guide rods have different degrees of bending and corrosion. Explosive weld nugget cracking, steel claw cracking, claw rotting, and dropping can still occur on some anode guides. Defects such as claws. If these anode wires are not repaired, they cannot be used for electrolysis.

Common faults of rotating shaft

Shaft wear is a common equipment problem in shaft use, which is mainly caused by the metal characteristics of the shaft: although the metal hardness is high, it has poor resistance (it cannot be restored after deformation), poor impact resistance, poor fatigue resistance, and easy to cause adhesive wear, Abrasive wear, fatigue wear and fretting wear. The wear of most shafts is not easy to detect, only when the machine temperature is high, the runout range is large, abnormal noise, etc., Will not be noticed. However, when people found out, most of the drive shaft had worn out, causing the machine to stop.
