Common types of motor shafts (below)

According to the combination of shaft and iron core. It can be divided into a knurled shaft in the middle, a hot sleeve shaft and a shaft with a keyway in the middle. The knurled shaft is used for small motors below the 10 kW, which can save the work of machining the key and the keyway. However, when the shaft is pressed into the iron core, it is easy to deform the shaft. During the operation of the motor, some rotor iron cores combined with knurled iron will move axially. This shaft deformation is caused by too tightly, the axial displacement is caused by the lack of interference between the two.

Common types of motor shafts (upper)

The shaft is an important part of the motor. As the link between the motor and the equipment for electromechanical energy conversion, it supports the rotating parts, transmits torque and determines the relative position of the rotating parts to the stator. Therefore, the motor shaft must have reliable strength and rigidity to ensure the realization of the preset design function. The following briefly describes various types of motor shafts and their characteristics.

Precision micro shaft precision small shaft difference

Precision small shaft and precision micro shaft machining machine tools are equipped with electric spindles suitable for high-speed machining. The spindles adopt ceramic ball bearings and are equipped with oil and air lubricating devices to make the maximum rotating speed of the spindles 40000r/min. The temperature control of the spindle shaft system adopts a fully enclosed circulating coolant constant temperature control device, which can ensure the stability of the precision of the spindle shaft system.

Introduction to the working principle of positioning pins

The function of the positioning pin is to limit the free movement of the parts. The object has 6 degrees of freedom in space. The linear movement of the three axes of X, Y, and Z and the rotational movement around X, Y, and Z do not have a fixed effect. It can be removed after installation. When the components are connected by multiple parts, and the assembly of each part needs to be accurate, positioning pins should be used to ensure the accuracy of processing and assembly.
