How to make the screw rod will not deform after heat treatment

The screw is characterized by high machining accuracy and strict deformation requirements. Due to the various processing procedures, the heat treatment quality and deformation of the screw are very serious. During the production process, it was found that the workpiece was severely deformed after carburizing and quenching, and it was difficult to correct it. Large deformations also occur during the processing after heat treatment, resulting in a large number of product repairs and many workpieces being scrapped. In order to ensure the performance of the mechanism and facilitate the user's secondary processing, usually only the screw part is quenched and heat treated, while other parts can still be machined.

Guide rod: the basics of screw assembly

Guide rod: Basic knowledge of screw combination: Conveying element: Conveying element is threaded, and its function is to transport materials (including liquid materials). The shape of the spiral groove can be rectangular or special shapes produced according to the principle of relative movement (meshing type). Threaded components are divided into two types: forward and reverse, which can be divided into single-head, double-head and three-head threaded components.

Guide rod: what are the factors that affect the screw injection molding

The factors that affect the recommend screw of the guide rod manufacturer: ① The relationship between the screw speed and the production capacity, the speed is proportional to the production capacity of the equipment. Productivity basis This depends on the rotational speed, nose and rod geometry. It has also been confirmed in production. Inside a certain speed range, the production capacity is basically proportional to the rotation speed of the rod.

Technical requirements for stainless steel shaft

1. Stainless steel shaft machining accuracy 1) Dimensional accuracy. The dimensional accuracy of stainless steel shaft parts mainly refers to the dimensional accuracy of shaft diameter and shaft length. According to the application requirements, the dimensional accuracy of the main journal diameter is usually IT6-IT9, and the stainless steel journal can also reach IT5. The length of the shaft is usually specified as a nominal size, and corresponding tolerances can be given to the length of each step of the stepped shaft according to the requirements of use.

What is the reason for the large axial vibration of the motor?

Small motor shafts usually have the characteristics of high speed, frequent starting and easy heating during work. Reasonable material selection and heat treatment are important tasks for every designer. Appropriate heat treatment methods usually require only half the effort to obtain twice the results.
